Recently, with the rise of ChatGPT and other AI, there has been a lot of talk about the next era of Web3.

However, there seems to be a disconnect from Web3 to Web4, or is there such a thing as Web4 to begin with? There is also data that humans can only recognize up to three things, so is Web"4" the same as not existing for us?
