AQA3 Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") and has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of user information including personal information of users in the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Article 1 Definition of Personal Information

Personal information in this Policy shall mean "personal information" as defined in Article 2.1 of the Personal Information Protection Law, and refers to information generated or stored in relation to the user of the Service or the user's terminal.

Article 3 Purposes of Use of Personal Information

Personal information obtained by the Company will be used for the following purposes:

Article 5 Provision to Third Parties

In principle, the Company will not provide personally identifiable information to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the customer, except as permitted above or under the Personal Information Protection Law or other applicable laws and regulations. However, the following cases do not fall under the provision of personally identifiable information to third parties as stipulated above:

  1. When we outsource all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
  2. When disclosing personal information in connection with the execution of transactions such as the transfer of our company's shares, business transfers, mergers and other reorganization activities, and other similar transactions, as well as in connection with investigations and negotiations conducted prior to the execution of such transactions
  3. When a user violates the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or other contractual provisions of the agreement between the Company and the user, and the Company deems it necessary to disclose personal information in order to protect the Company's property, rights, or the Service, etc.
  4. When we provide non-personally identifiable information about you or information created based on such information to our partners.
  5. Other cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations.

Article 6 Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

If a customer requests disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of personal information handled by the Company, the Company will respond appropriately. However, this shall not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to disclose, correct, or discontinue use of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

Article 7 Use of Cookies and Other Technologies

  1. The Company may use cookies and similar technologies in providing the Service. The Company may use such information to improve the quality of the Service by automatically obtaining cookie information from the user's browser, information on advertisements and web pages viewed by the user, and information on the user's usage environment, etc., and by recording such information on the server to understand the usage of the Service. The information may be used to improve the quality of the Service.
  2. Users who wish to disable cookies may do so by changing the settings on their web browsers. However, disabling cookies may prevent normal use of the Service.
  3. In addition to the information set forth in Paragraph 1 above, the Company may use Google analytics to obtain information (device identifiers, IP addresses, location information, cookies, usage logs, etc.) regarding the electronic communication devices used by users when using the Service, analyze personal information regarding users, and use the results to measure site usage, analyze and analyze the results of such analysis and measurement.
